You shouldn't underestimate Heal, especially during Escalation. Having a player who's dedicated to ensuring the team stays stocked up on healing is really going to help during punishing Trials where health means everything. Plus, upgrading Heal will create a 4-second silent healing gas that also slows down enemies and cures Psychosis!
