Structured observations

Tier Item Notes
S Tier Smash (Skill) You can now break doors and planks with one single bash, and you can bash co-op doors completely solo, which is perfect for when you're stuck in a locked area and you no longer have to rely on teammates to get through.

Item Notes
Boosted (Medicine) You start the Trial with a random booster, which can be extremely useful depending on your playstyle. While random, you can start with a permanent increase to battery life, stamina, or health, depending on what booster you get.

Item Notes
Last Chance (Medicine) Lethal damage will instead reduce your health to 1 HP, preventing death. This can happen every 5 minutes, and also removes the Bleeding effect. Last Chance is great for when you're caught in what could've been a lethal strike, and this is your only opportunity to survive a Jaeger or a deadly Prime Asset on harder difficulties.

Item Notes
Noise Reduction (Tool) Sound is reduced from opening doors and from sprinting, which will greatly reduce the chance that an enemy hears you while you're trying to navigate the Trial or escape it.

Key findings

GameRant, updated 2026-07-29. The only current published list we could read (Jake Fillery, 29 July 2026). It covers all 27 amps and all 6 rigs.

Not counted: TheGamer. From 2023 and covers only some amps, so it describes an older version of the game.
