You can resurrect after death instead of using a syringe, but you can only do this once per trial.
You can resurrect after death instead of using a syringe, but you can only do this once per trial. However, this can be repeated during every stage in Escalation, which is essentially a free extra life every Trial. However, it will lower your score as it counts as you dying.
